Continental Congress 2009

To the Editor:

Bailouts, layoffs, foreclosures, social decay, family destruction and endless wars.

Most Americans don't know it but virtually every problem that America now suffers is the direct result of violations of the Constitution by our (servant) government.

Finally, there is hope! This November, publicly elected citizen-delegates representing the People of each state will convene at a national assembly known as "Continental Congress 2009." The purpose of this historic event is to formally document the violations and develop strategies the People can employ to peacefully resist tyranny and restore Constitutional Order.

Corrupt, Incompetent,
or Both?

Judge Reynolds and District Attorney Peter Banks have harmed me more than the actual perpetrator of the crime against me. The DA’s office promised me restitution, Judge Reynolds court ordered it, then the DA’s office failed to meet an entrusted court date (restitution hearing), so Judge Reynolds repeals the restitution (without my knowledge).

The response from DA Peter Banks was “I’m not going to do anything about it because you can’t do anything about it”. The response from Judge Reynolds was, “I’m not obligated to comment on specific cases”.

To add insult to injury, the Washington State Bar does not see an ethics violation of any kind.

Apparently the Washington State Bar has no authority on how the District Attorney runs his office or the failure of a Judge to “rein in” a rogue DA. They are elected officials and their actions are sanctioned by the VOTE of the people.

My fellow voters, without integrity, competence, and accountability our system cannot function as it was designed. Remember the “can’t touch me” attitudes of Judge Reynolds and District Attorney Peter Banks around election time. I assure you, I will be back to remind you. If you have had an oppressive experience from either of these individuals, please let me know.

I just found your paper and I wanted to thank you for getting the truth out into the public awareness. It's great to see a paper that doesn't have a liberal bias. I and my peers just want the truth and it is getting harder to find these days so thanks for fighting the good fight to bring the truth to our lives.

You are not just another American. You are an informed American who wants sovereignty for his country and understands what it might take to achieve that. It is my prayer that millions of Americans will join you in that willingness to Take Back Our Country. It can be done.

I can't do a lot. I am an 83 year old widow. But I do not want a communist country for my children and grandchildren. So I spend 4/.5 hours a day reading on the internet ,staying informed, and fighting with my keyboard sending letters , faxes, emails and making phone calls to Washington. I don't write politically correct either.

I appreciate your courage.

Hello Ron:

When all three branches of our government are corrupt to the core because our elected officials have sold their souls to the devils that REALLY run this nation just to make their lives special then the only answer that I can see is for these people to be eliminated. When you have a malignant cancer that is trying to take your life you can't reason with that cancer! It will kill you eventually if you wait long enough. I pray to God that maybe an upper echelon army or marine general will say a prayer for forgiveness and put together a hit squad of about a 100 top men and go to the capitol building and kill as many of these criminals as possible and force a military takeover.

They ALL NEED TO GO! I think a military coup is the only way that we will ever get back to true constitutional workings in this nation. All of our elected officials are treasonous traitors. There should be a new amendment to the constitution that would only allow elected government officials interaction with their constituents. No lobbying and no special interest groups! They should listen to the people that elected them, they are supposed to be working for the people who elected them, not the special interest groups.

Dear Ron,

I read your article with interest and at the end of your article you said you were 'ready to roll,' to stand up and take back control from those that are steering us into oblivion. What you didn't mention was just how or what you were going to do to accomplish this? Plus you never offered any thoughts or ideas that you might have to the rest of us, as to how we might 'roll,' same as you. Do you have a plan?

If so...maybe you can let us know in a future article because except for writing and calling and being part of the tea parties, until election time comes around, I'm not sure how else we all can 'roll.' Any and all suggestions would be most helpful and welcome.

Good God, it's incredible to see that there are still tens of millions of people like you, who apparently couldn't find reality with both hands if it were your ass.

There was no "Flight 93." Somebody just blew up some military ordinance in a field, and the media interviewed its own whores, who talked about a "plane" that they saw going down. And then, they simply made up a story about these "heroes," who never existed. Just how difficult would it be for the people who perpetrated this whole thing to make up a tape in an FBI basement, and pass it off as the "patriotic" garbage that they said it was? Why are there no phone records of any of these obviously non-existent calls from this non-existent plane?

Look: if a jumbo jet actually crashed in that field, then where did it go? Do you actually believe that a plane like that can crash in a field and essentially just vanish, along with all of the passengers? Where are their corpses? Their luggage? The tail section? The huge, tempered steel outboard engines? The tubular steel seat frames? The virtually indestructible black boxes? It's one thing for a small section to possibly go missing in a crash, but 99.9% of the freaking plane?

An environmental company excavated around 6,000 cubic yards of soil from that site to check for jet fuel contamination, because many people in that area get their water from underground wells. They found NO JET FUEL AT ALL. "Flight 93" would have had at least 6,000 to 7,000 gallons of fuel on board if it had crashed there, according to the government's phony timeline. That's around 20 tons of fuel. Do you actually believe that it could just evaporate and vanish into thin air?

You were lied to, plain and simple. After eight years, to think that people like you can't apply logic or the laws of physics at all, and that right now you're writing me off as a "conspiracy kook" (and what, pray tell, would you call a story about Arabs plotting to hijack planes and fly them into buildings, hmm?) due to your media brainwashing, and that you have the right to vote for people who make laws, is enough to make anybody start drinking heavily.

Remember: the government would never lie to you. Waco, OKC, the moon "landings," Gulf of Tonkin, Operation Northwoods, WMD in Iraq, Ruby Ridge, etc., etc., ad nauseam. Nope, I"M the disinfo agent: right?

Do what I did five years ago. Start actually researching this matter. There are hundreds of web sites out there where you can figure the truth, if you're not afraid of it. Just please don't write any more doggerel like this. It's depressing to see people like you enabling the murdering thugs who actually pulled this off. That would be the Mossad, the CIA, and the federal government. And those two airlines know that they didn't lose those planes in any "terror" attack. Why do you think that they have never filed any loss claims with their insurance carriers? They aren't about to open up that can of worms.

I'll leave you with one thing to ask yourself. If 19 Arabs actually pulled all of this off, why is there no video of any of them boarding any of the alleged flights? Why is there, in fact, NO VIDEO AT ALL of any of the 266 people who allegedly boarded those flights?

I was amazed at how many people responded to this article disregarding its premise and just wanting to tell me how wrong I am about 9-11.

For those of you who asked how I am going to roll and if I have a plan, please contact me directly at ron@usobserver.com. For those of you wanting to debate the existence of 9-11, let me share with you a response I sent to one respondent:

I never said this is what exactly happened, I simply stated these are the images that people have of that day. What I do find interesting, however, with all of the conspiracy theories - especially centered around the Pentagon - is that eye-witnesses, who otherwise are so cherished as being true and accurate in EVERY OTHER conspiracy EVER, are COMPLETELY disregarded. OH, like my Uncle's wife who saw the plane hit ... who couldn't get through to my uncle and her next frantic call was to my Grandmother. But, oh, yeah, she contracts with the DOD and analyzes military strikes of aircraft and ordinance, so that must have been a fake call to throw our family off from the truth! Wow, these people were organized. lol

I have NO DOUBT there is more to 9-11 than what the official report is, but c'mon, did you even read the point of the article or do you just want to debate 9-11 like every other zealot who can't move into the here and now? Our country is eroding away and people are debating 9-11 using horrible science, bad video edits, and commentary of people who make money off of them.

Don't tell me to look at fact, when you are relying on "evidence" gathered by people trying to prove a conspiracy. Like "911 in plane sight" there is so much illusion created to hype a conspiracy, and guess what, it sells, and people make bank, and others buy it up because they want to believe. I was simply asking people to believe what is right in their face ... our country is disappearing and we have to act in order to keep it from happening.
