Flag Flap Justified
I just read the story about the employment office in Medford while looking up some facts about the Oregon flag for my Cubscout. I was completely astounded that a government agency would ever take down the American flag “in order not to offend”. That is totally offensive to every American. Great story. Keep up the great work!!

Enclosing a subscription renewal as I have not had a renewal notice. Also enclosing a list of corporations, and individuals who contribute to MALDEF, whose leaders are working for open borders and voting for illegal aliens. You did an article recently about MALDEF blocking (or trying to) argime initiative to withhold benefits from illegal aliens. The list is from MALDEF’s annual report. The corporate donors are helping fund scholarships for law students who later work for MALDEF in overturning our immigration laws, etc. Their website is www.maldef.org. We try to not do business with their contributors. Enclosing another article by Dr. Madeline Codman, attorney and medical professor about medical care for illegal aliens, etc.

Editor’s Note: Thanks, Kay, for the article submissions; they are both in this edition – MALDEF, and Medicine for illegals.
To The Editor:
“Porn is Poison”
Ted Bundy was executed January 24, 1989; convicted of raping and brutally murdering28 or more girls and women. On the day before his execution, in an interview with psychologist James C. Dobson, he said that when he was 13 years old, he found “dirty magazines” in garbage near his home. He admitted to becoming addicted to pornography, in fact, spiritually and mentally poisoned to kill others.
History proves porn is used like an intellectual weapon. At close of World War I, of 1919 allied intelligence officers raided the headquarters of a band of revolutionaries. Opening a safe they found an outline for causing distress in the country. The title and first sentence read:
“Rules for Revolution”
“Corrupt the young. Get them away from Religion. Get them interested in sex. Make them superficial, destroy their ruggedness”
Even though that was already in action 86 years ago, it still echoes from headlines in news reports. The first sentence of that outline must be changed to reflect the decent character of our first president, George Washington with these thoughts:
“Rules for Peace.”
“Let youth learn about God. Teach them that sex is for an honorably married man and woman for love of children. Teach them the joy of real family life. Make them strong, honest, brave, healthy, wise, trustworthy, kind, reverent.”

This paper, its pressure points and links arm patriots with the power to shake walls and clean house. Similar pressure points apply at state and local levels. Do you know key leaders in the NRA or American Rifle Association? If so, the Second Amendment leaders could add greatly to the restoration power, if you please.
I am still seeking the attention of Michael Savage, but this paper is a much better attention getter than my earlier writings. The learning process continues and I am enthused. Chasing problems without fundamental solutions is like taking a toothpick to a gunfight with predatory forces, the termites. They need large doses of bug spray, patriotic truth in the news.
Thanks,
Attorney Craig Tweedy

To the Editor;
I just read this Blatman case on your web site (see front page) and I reside in Las Vegas. I am disgusted that this mother has any custody at all of these two boys. Our family courts seem to be so corrupt and they are not working at all to protect these children. Who is paying these judges off to let this predator free three times?
I have three young children of my own and I can’t imagine how frustrated this father must be, finding that the one place (courts) he should be able to get help for his children is rooting for the guy that is molesting his kids. How much more evidence does the judge need to see that the mother is unfit to protect her own children? What are our judges doing instead of helping these children? This is a time sensitive matter and these kids are being left with a hurt and insecurity that will last a life time!! I am very let down and will do whatever I can to see that these judges are not going to be elected again. For now I want to help. What can I do?
Sincerely
Deeply concerned mother of 3
Editor’s Note: You can call all responsible and raise hell with them. Thanks for your concern and obvious responsibility.
To the Editor & Staff;
What is this? Has Oregon become the new training ground for the new “American Gestapo”?
What are you doing about this, are you investigating this matter?
I have sent John Taft’s “Oregon County: Testing Grounds for Police State Power” article out to over 50 people who will in turn send it out to their friends etc.
I really found no pleasure in sending this out to those I know after telling them “I live in beautiful Southern Oregon.”
Is this the coming events for our Oregon State? Is this the new course of events in our daily lives?
While they are telling us about child abusers, child pornography, child kidnapping’s, missing children on the national commercial news why don’t we make them tell these stories. These are more noteworthy, these effect all of us in general, when the police show up at your house what will they do to your family? Will you and your kids be traumatized when they leave? Are these the new tactics to make us obey the State? Who runs this State anyway?
As a Local Investigative Newspaper that has now gone National, I believe this is something to focus on.
How the Right of the Sovereign People are being taken away right in front of our eye’s under the Color of Law by Police Powers today in a sophisticated society of law under the rule of law. How is this possible?
This is something that needs to be addressed in the Political Circle’s as well. Right now they have no fear, they are well insulated, but if and when they fall out of political favor and the police show up at their door, for what purpose will they be there and what will be the outcome of their visit.

Dear Editor:
As a resident of Sunny Valley I truly resent there being a strip joint here in this beautiful, peaceful valley. I have read about the kind of people that are drawn to sexually oriented businesses and I have seen first hand what kind of people have been frequenting this particular one. The owner of the strip joint has a reputation for being ruthless and dishonest and also has a reputation for settling some of his disputes with fire, the latest one being ruled as arson.
I heard about him long before he started this sad business here in Sunny Valley. Most of the people I speak with in Sunny Valley also don’t want this kind of business here. Many letters have been written to the Board of Commissioners protesting the opening of the business before it even got on the books. I have talked with some of the picketers and found out that he is suing them. The suit is just to cost the picketers money for their defense because the charges are a pack of lies filed by a crooked lawyer. It seems like the owner thinks the first amendment is just for him and to hell with everyone else. I hope the picketers turn the tables on him with a counter suit.
The big question in my mind is how the owner could bulldoze his dirty business into this community with or without the consent of the county building department, planning department, board of commissioners and the fire Marshall. If they all did their jobs there would be no need for picketing and there would be no lawsuits against the picketers for exercising their first amendment rights. In fact there would be no lawsuit against the county by the strip joint owner either.
The people of Josephine County should keep their eyes on what is happening here in Sunny Valley because if we lose to the strip joint owner, he will be looking for new locations to open other dirty little businesses and it may be in YOUR community. If this should happen to your community, don’t resist, because resistance is futile and you will be assimilated into his dirty little world. You won’t get any backup from the commissioners, the planning dept., or the sheriff’s dept.. It seems that this is a “good ol’ boy” community and whoever has the money gets their way.

Your coverage in the last Observer on the Medford Police Department was excellent! My family hasn’t had any problems with these officers, but we have watched them for several years. I am ashamed at many of their actions I have witnessed and I am careful to stay out of their way. Some of these officers are dangerous to all and they need to not be wearing a badge or be as far away as possible.
I haven’t had any interaction with Sheriff Mike Winters but have watched him like I have the MPD. I find that Winters doesn’t try to cover up when there’s a problem like the MPD does and I haven’t read anything derogatory in the Observer about him.
Officer George from the MPD is planning to run against Winters next election and I would like your take on who to vote for – I have my own as you can tell.

Editor’s Note: Why don’t you just come out and say you are going to vote for Sheriff Winters. We haven’t published anything bad about Mike Winters simply because we haven’t had any complaints about him.
Dear Editor:
Thanks for your assistance! We were able to get most of our money back from the state and more important, they are leaving us alone.
We realize that there are many socialists out there, more-so after our recent situation. They don’t want Americans to do as they choose with their property.
We had no idea how ridiculous and dangerous that the socialistic condition in our country had become. We collected our antique tractors, selling one from time to time and all of a sudden the agency socialists started telling us they were an eye sore. I guess we don’t need to recant the entire episode as you know what happened per your involvement.
Before long they will be telling the color our home must be painted etc.
Thank you so much for the help. It’s something to face the fact that we paid over $12,000 in legal fees to get nothing done before we contacted Edward Snook. Our money paid to the Observer was well spent. We only wish we had contacted you first. Had we only known about you sooner…
Sincerely,
Randy and Karen Thomas

Editor’s Note: Your welcome. By the way, in many parts of the country, county government is already telling people, not only what color their home should be, but also how it must be built. Portland, Oregon, which is located in Multnomah County, is one perfect examples of this. Keep in touch.
Editor:
I am curious about what happened with Tedd Peck.
You featured his case in your Volumn #1 – Number – 3 edition and I have heard nothing further on him or his case from you. I wrote letters as you asked and even sent out faxes.
It is a dreadful shame when our justice system can treat a hero who risked his life for his country the way they have done with Tedd Peck.
I served in Viet Nam and although I wasn’t severely wounded like Peck was I was humiliated when I arrived home to find that many people actually resented my service.
What ever happened to the country I grew up in? When I was a child we honored those who had risked their lives fighting for America and there was a sense of decency in general that was seen in our country. From the mid-60’s morals have deteriorated and our country has been on a constant decline. I look for answers and I find none.
I witness politicians making promises at each election only to see their pledges turn into lies once they enter office. I am thoroughly fed up with our police and those in power and their arrogant attitudes stink. They think they are a cut above and instead of serving, they rule.
Something has to happen soon or we will lose our number 1 status in this now-degraded world.
Thanks for publishing the truth. Your newspaper keeps me going even though the news you publish scars the hell out of me. I can’t imagine how those you print about get away with their crimes against all of us.
I would appreciate it if you would be more informative on past articles. My circle of friends often have questions about past issues you write about and we have no other way of finding results, if not from you. It is said that curiosity killed the cat and my only criticism of your publication is that it sometimes leaves me curious. Don’t take this as an insult because I greatly respect the work you do and there is not another source that I am aware of that tells it exactly like it is.
Finally, what has happened with Sheriff Daniel? We haven’t had any news on him lately and we were very interested and amused when reading about his blunders.
Please keep us informed.
Thank You
Martin Brendle

Editors Note: Thanks for the compliments and the constructive criticism Martin. We will attempt to keep issues up-dated in the future and as for Captain Peck – he is doing just fine. Tedd is out of harms way and his felony charges have been dropped. We will give a full report on this Purple Heart war hero in the near future, so stay tuned.
Sheriff Daniel has been “lying” low lately, waiting for his term to expire. We are informed that he intends to retire at the end of his current term, which expires this next spring. The Observer will say good riddance for sure; however he was a great source for some wild news articles. Hopefully our next Sheriff will have integrity and be a person we can be proud of instead of humiliated over. I’m sure there will be more on Daniel before he exits office (thank God), but for the time being we have many more pressing issues to bring to your attention.
When you look for answers and find none my friend – try the Good Book…
Observer,
My husband has been approached by a friend who wants his help in establishing a Common Law Court here in Utah. Allen, the friend has had trouble with the courts here. His brother was convicted of a crime that he could not possible have committed. Allen tried everything to help him and I believe payed his attorney over $30,000.
Those involved believe they can clean things up when they start a just court system. It sounds too good to be true so I thought I would see if you can enlighten me about this Court.
Thanks for your time.

Editor’s Note: It is too good to be true. Tell him to stay away from this dangerous endeavor and tell him to tell those promoting this scam to contact Edward Snook at the Observer as I would love to give them a large piece of my mind. Allen’s brother should have contacted the Observer as opposed to spending $30,000 for nothing. You might want to have your husband call 541-474-7885 for help.
