Case Type: Felony Sex Abuse
Outcome: Acquitted

“I would have taken the plea deal for crimes I didn’t commit if it wasn’t for you. Thank you. I was acquitted because of you.”

Facing 16 felony crimes and a cumulative 200 years if convicted, Bryan Tucker spent nearly 7 months in jail before the state attempted to extort a guilty plea. “Say you did it and you’ll only get five years in prison.” Fortunately, Bryan’s father found the US~Observer before that plea offer. Accepting the plea also meant Bryan would have had to spend a lifetime after being released having to register as a sex offender. Fortunately, Bryan was innocent. Just as Bryan was about to take the plea, his father explained to him that the US~Observer doesn’t lose cases when their client has been proven to be right. Bryan rejected the plea offer and went to trial.

The jury nullified the laws Bryan was charged with violating. As a result, Bryan Tucker was UNANIMOUSLY ACQUITTED by a jury of his peers. Bryan is now at home with his family; a free man.
