After years of suffering abuse at the hands of bad neighbors attempting to destroy Dr. Marshack’s property rights with corrupt Vancouver City Officials assisting them, Dr. Kathy Marshack called the US~Observer. We investigated and then published. Kathy was finally able to bring her problems to a conclusion. She filed lawsuits against the neighbors and the City of Vancouver and successfully settled all of her suits.
Dr. Marshack has gone on to publish several books referencing the government abuse she endured. She is a successful psychologist and has written several articles for the US~Observer.
