Armando Garcia had a girlfriend who wanted to save face with her parents. They’d found out she was dating Armando, intimately, after going through her social media accounts. Then it happened – the girl made a false rape accusation. The couple were both under age. To make matters worse, the girl’s father was a cop. Armando was in deep trouble. He was quickly arrested and charged with multiple counts of rape, among other crimes. He needed the best rape defense possible.

The evidence was overwhelmingly in Armando’s favor. As the trial came to its conclusion, Armando found himself acquitted of all crimes. Although he’d forcefully missed his senior year of high school, he was finally vindicated. Treating the lying girl as a victim backfired. Now, she will likely be haunted for life by this case as her reputation has been permanently tarnished. Who someone is, or who their family is should never influence those who are in a position to incarcerate others. Unfortunately for District Attorney Eric Nisely, he made a horrible decision. The US~Observer published irrefutable facts surrounding Armando’s case. False rape accusations can put innocent people in prison, and it happens. The best rape defense is paramount when defending yourself. Innocent victims of judicial abuse have collectively spent thousands of years behind bars in the United States because of false accusations.
Today, Armando is pursuing a college education. His freedom is no longer taken for granted. He has a bright life ahead.
