A settlement was reached between plaintiffs Stan Strange, Glenn Seybold, Louie Pombo and the insurance companies representing the defendants Eric Harris Hill, Samantha Pettigrew and Alexander Golden who had tried to run the bikers off the road, then lied about it.
As Judge Tina Brisbell started the hearing she informed the assistant DA, “this is not the time to be gathering up your witnesses.” She then dropped all false criminal charges against the Mairs.
Strange, Seybold and Pombo sued defendants Eric Hill, Samantha Pettigrew and Alexander Golden, charging them with Negligence and Malicious Prosecution, charges that were clearly proven during the criminal trial.
