Ciyou & Associates, P.C., Attorneys at Law; Concerns Raised About Bryan Ciyou’s Conduct in Client Defense

Attorney Bryan Ciyou

“Ciyou grew frustrated during the call, made personal and dismissive remarks …”

By Michael Quiel
Investigative Reporter

Indianapolis Indiana – The US~Observer received a phone call from Bryan Ciyou, an attorney who called our office on or around April 30, 2026, regarding an upcoming story on allegations against one of his clients.

The call was meant to present the “other side.” Instead, it quickly devolved into a heated exchange that has raised serious questions about Ciyou’s professionalism, judgment, and whether his approach may have jeopardized his client’s interests.

Unprofessional Conduct Observed

Ciyou grew frustrated during the call, made personal and dismissive remarks about US~Observer’s operations, and terminated the conversation abruptly. This tone and behavior stood out as highly unprofessional, especially for an attorney attempting to advocate for a client in a sensitive matter.

Limited Usefulness and Potential Risk to Client

Despite claiming to possess exculpatory evidence, Ciyou provided little substantive material that could aid balanced reporting. He repeatedly cited confidentiality restrictions while failing to deliver a clear, constructive defense. Observers note that initiating contact and then engaging in an emotional, confrontational exchange may have unnecessarily heightened attention to the complaint without benefiting his client.

Seeking Information from Other Clients

Due to Ciyou’s rudeness the US~Observer is continuing its review of his practice and the allegations against his client. We encourage current or former clients to come forward with their experiences, especially regarding:

  • Possible overcharging or unexpectedly high legal bills
  • Alleged misrepresentation or inadequate case preparation
  • Poor outcomes in matters involving serious complaints or allegations
  • Patterns of unprofessional conduct during representation

Submissions can be made confidentially through standard US~Observer channels.

Call for Transparency and Accountability

Clients facing serious allegations deserve calm, strategic, and professional representation. If you have worked with Bryan Ciyou and believe his services fell short of expectations, we want to hear from you. Our goal is objective reporting that promotes accountability in the legal profession.

US~Observer welcomes additional information from all parties for a complete picture.

Editor’s note: If you are a current or former client of Bryan Ciyou and feel you were overcharged, misrepresented, or poorly served, or if this attorney provided quality work for you, please document your experience with us. Call 602-960-4609 or email submissions@usobserver.net to provide your information.
