“You were a big change for the good in this case.”
Ryan Sanchez fought for years trying rightfully gain custody of his daughter after her biological mother passed away. The maternal grandparents filed for custody, using untruthful statements to damage Ryan’s reputation with the judge. Spending years battling in court, Ryan spent $40k in attorney fees – all without resolution. Ryan needed child custody help.
As Ryan began to lose hope, his father reached out to the US~Observer newspaper. He retained our services so we could help bring Ryan’s daughter back home. Through our investigation we were able to determine that Ryan was a caring, loving father who had done no wrong. Nevertheless, the maternal family wanted a fight. Their connections within the system seemingly worked against Ryan, initially. Once we investigated and published the facts surrounding Ryan’s case, coupled with other important actions behind the scenes, Ryan was finally able to do something he’d waited years for.
Just before school started, Honorable Judge Blair Jones returned Ryan’s daughter to his custody. Ryan’s wife, Andrea, called shortly after the hearing sharing the long anticipated news. She stated, “she’s coming home! We’re picking her up tomorrow at noon!”
Divorce and child custody cases can be some of the most expensive cases to litigate. Many parents spend $50k, or more, before ever reaching an end. Sometimes, the final ruling is not favorable to the deserving parent.
